This is MyForce.
The roots of MyForce go back to the early 90’s but we had our official launch in 2002. We started with market research solutions such as software for surveys and specific solutions for customer contact in contact centres.
As our technologies matured, we began to look at the trends in our main sector, contact centres. We wanted to do something that was relevant for our customers and bring innovative technology. One night, by a series of very fortunate events, we ended up at a café with an expert on speech technology. By the time we left, speech technology seemed like the obvious next step for MyForce.
And here we are today. A team of 10 experts in our field. Doing what we love to do. So if there is anything you want to know about speech technology, all you have to do is ask!
